Our Systems
We have different systems we can use to bring your property back to life. Using the latest machinery, our finish and final touch cannot be matched.

K Rend
K-rend is a popular choice for render coatings due to its excellent durability, weather resistance, and range of finishes. K rend is highly durable and offers long-lasting protection for external walls.
It consists of 2 coats being applied.

The first coat is our base coat, the "scratch" coat and is embedded with a fibre mesh. Building out to desired depths we create an even flat surface for us to apply our next coat.

The second coat is our K REND and is applied on top of our first coat. The K Rend top coat is sprayed on or applied by hand. Ensuring a flat even top coat, the surface is then rubbed up by hand to give it an amazing finish.

Silicone System
The silicone system are extremely breathable and offer better long-term resistance to infection with algae and mould than other renders. Overall, silicone renders perform better in a few aspects.
It consists of 3 coats being applied.
The first coat is called our scratch coat and is embedded with a fibre mesh.

The second coat is used to top out the render to the desired depth, Thus giving us a flat even background to spray on.

The third coat is our silicone top coat. Spraying the silicone top coat on to our flat even surface of our base coats helps create an even coverage thus crating and nice seal leaving behind a beautiful finish.

EWI System
The most significant heat loss from any property is through the external walls. This is estimated to be around 35% of the total heat loss. This resuls in high fuel consumption and therefore high CO2 emissions and higher energy bill cost.
EWI involves externally cladding a building with insulation boards, before applying a layer of base coat render and then a final decorative finish. The overall result is not only a highly insulated, energy efficient home. It’s also one that is visually transformed on the outside.
